The work never stops on the ground at Cublington CC. Yesterday Barney and Mark were cutting the square and outfield. The square has come on well since renovations, credit goes to everyone that helped with them.

There have also been other projects ongoing like repairing the ground outside the away changing room and score box, which is coming along nicely.

During the summer, someone is working on the ground 7-days a week. Post-season this drops to 3-5 days (weather dependant), and reduces more as the weather worsens. It quickly picks up again in February/March. Over the coming months, in addition to regular maintenance like mowing and strimming, we will be servicing equipment and working on other projects including reconstructing the wooden sight screens and upgrading security lights on the equipment shed.
