Under 15's win against Dinton

Batting first, Cublington got off to a steady start with Rhys M (8) and Jamie (13). The fireworks started when Freddie and Sparkey got to the crease with an array of fours and sixes. Freddie 27 and Sparkey was still in at the end having hit a rapid 46 not out including 5 sixes. Contributions from Ben (10), James H (8) and Jude (4 no) helped to take the score to a creditable 153 fro 5 off the 20 overs.

Dinton got off to a good start and were well up with the run rate with their opening pair putting on 40 for the first wicket. Their star man, Bhavan, eventually retiring when he reached 50. Some good controlled bowling put Cublington back in control and wickets started to fall. James P (2) Harry (2) and Tom (2) were the pick of the bowlers. As the evening got later and darker, Dinton were bowled out for 119 in the 20th over and that included a return to the crease of Bhavan before being caught by Sparkey off the bowling of James H.

A good win against a strong Dinton side - well done.
